The Home Depot Shopper Journey

Consumer research revealed that shopping for custom window treatments was often overwhelming. Shoppers struggled to navigate product choices, service options, and varying levels of customization. Without a clear path forward, many lacked the confidence to identify the right solution for their home.

Developed for The Home Depot, this future-state concept redefined the shopper journey based on consumer insights. Over months of concept development and cross-functional collaboration, we transformed how consumers move through the custom window treatment category—from initial consideration to final purchase. Every touchpoint was intentionally designed to simplify decision-making and create a clearer, more intuitive path to purchase.
